These images have only appeared in two other places... on a personal blog, and in a thread in the chatterbox. If you didn't see it in either of these two places, it was probably just the work of someone with a similar method of pixeling. (The art you see here is actually the work of two different people, so it's probably not too distinctive of a style.)

Plus all pixeling looks similar to a degree. And most people learn to pixel by imitation.

FYI, the muffins are AWOL right now due to the fact that the computer they are saved on is currently indisposed--that is, it is lying dismantled somewhere because the room it lives in is undergoing major flooring changes!

That being said, the chef has full confidence that the muffins shall return as soon as the work is done in the room and the computer is available for access once again! biggrin
