Clean Sketch Needs Coloured

I am looking for someone to colour this for me. I made a start of a colour chart to help ppl pick the blues. If you do more then flat colouring I will gladly tip you. Also a clean lineart to make it easier for people to colour would be nice.

Hair: Shades of lightest blue
Ears/Tail: Same colour as hair with tips/ends white
Ribbons in hair: White
Eyes: golden or light yellow
Skull: white/light grey
Outfit: Blues/whites/light greys. Your choice where each colour goes for this.
