Who knows...but hey, they're not bad items.

Okay, I'll break it down. There are two events running. We have the trick-or-treating in Barton like we did last year. On the other maps, there are portals scattered around each map. You go in them to fight monsters in their lair. There are also some rogues running around the map, but they're CL-capped.

Edit: YES IT IS OVERRATED.

Yeah, there is a bit of lag. It's usually survivable, though (having a full-rage Meat buff helps, though.)
