Yea, I usually just give up on naming stuff after my 100th or so layer. I make damn sure to label my folders though.

Yea the way I animate forces me to make a s**t load of frames. I usually just label each folder, then number the frames for each layer inside to save myself time...

Yes, fairly easy for just the arm movement, although the transition from the side view of her palm, to the head on view, is a little rough. I would need more drawn "rotation" frames if you understand what I mean...
