What to do next

So I don't normally do complex drawings but as of late, I did one for my fiance's birthday and now I really want to do another one. The problem is that I'm not sure what to do. I would love some ideas.

For those interested, this is the picture.

I can do pretty much anything honestly and if someone wants some commission art as the piece I will do, I suppose I could supply that but I am honestly just looking for ideas.

Probally a dumb question but what bout some fan art/ cross overs?

Or maybe more fantasy animals such as a manticore or a cow mixed with an octopus

Practice anatomy
Go to the zoo
study bird anatomy
work on rendering and value
do value studies
repeat.
