What Program do you guys use?

I use OpenCanvas. I love the event files with it, tools and the options.

As bizarre as it seems, I like drawing in Flash more than any other program. I'd use Painter for more coloring techniques, though. And Photoshop for general image editing and compositing.

I use SAI, it's awesome, has everything. You can even vector in it, what more can you ask for? Oooh, and line smoothing. Before I tried it I was using photoshop elements 3 for years. It's just elements but it's still big and slow! Sheesh, I'm so glad I have SAI now! And yeah before that I used to use paint and gimp.
Just wondering... why do you use paint if you have sai? It's only good for pixel art. *shrugs* heart

Well, it's the same reason people use different programs in general. It gives you different effects. If you're not going for an oh-so-smooth picture, then you wouldn't go with SAI.

Coreldraw x3 or Ms paint, photoshop elements or photoshop C2

A combo of both photoshop and illustrator for a vector feel. I use photoshop for shading and adding the occasional texture.

I have Photoshop 7, Painter IX, oC 4.03+, and SAI (trial) on my computer. I use whatever I feel like using that day...the one I've been experimenting with most is oC, but I'm slowly going back to Painter. And, of course, Photoshop is my baby and the program I've been using for the longest time. <3

Before Photoshop I used to use Oekaki a lot. And before that, good old Paint. ;3;

photshop, photshop CS2, photo studio SE, and at the moment im on Gimp 2..

they all work great it just depends on the person and what their preferences are. Im liking my Gimp and Cs programs the best though
