Sticky: The Copy FAQ

I just have a question wich isn't posted here.

When you "copy" something, but you do it to your own and dont post it anywhere but on the papper you drew it, and if you show it to friends telling who did the original and that you just freehanded it. It is still considerated art thievering?

And what if is to a homework and you lack of the skills to draw, but that copy keeps to you and teacher and you will never post it in any page or claim it as yours.

I understand.Its understandable but i think the one where it was 1st kagome and then it had sailor moon to the left.if they change it to a different character i dont see the big deal.But thats why im not a moderater.

I love doing art work but i need lots of ideas to get very far with filling my art book so much please help!! what can i do to do that kind of thing?
