I love grafitti art, especially high detail- almost contrasted photo looking- stencils. They're amazing.

Oh! Great, Mizuki Kawashita and Hyung Tae Kim are pretty awesome. I've tried it and they were pretty fun xD
I haven't gotten a style yet but I love the hard work i'm going through to get there. xp
I don't like copying styles, i prefer taking what an artist has done and interpreting it into my own style.

I only copy for study of colour, tone, i don't like to get myself drawing the same as other artists, which you find alot in things like manga and anime...
i like my own style very much i just hate it when someone comes along and thinks she knows everything and say that looks ugly. See I like anime and I'm really improved over the yeas and the girl who is also good at art come to see what I'm doing and say thats ugly I almost hit her.....But now since I'm out of high school I really like my style......*takes a deep breath*

sweatdrop Sorry for the ranting you see above but i had to get that off my chest
I generally prefer a cartoony, stylistic approach. I seem to have grown bored of the proportionally correct. sweatdrop
»~How I pity you, mirror...

I have a bit of my own style, but I'm a freak about trying other things out. ;D
I like to switch proportions, the style of features, high-detial or low-detail, bah, just everything.

...for man does not see you as the mirror that you are.~«

I prefer drawing illustrative images with high detail and figures with long, slender limbs. I also enjoy doing drawings inspired by old etchings/engravings.
I'm frustrated by "styles" in general. I don't want to draw the same slick anime drawing that's been done a million times before. I want to create something really gestural that has a concept.
Even though it's a guilty pleasure, I feel that in many ways, anime's really restricting.
I love cute things, or pretty things, so my style choices tend to lean towards girls' salaryman comics. whee Flowing lines, longer bodies - but sometimes I just tend to switch to the cute young boys' style chibi. whee

If I had to name someone, it'd be Minami Haruka/Kazuka. whee
i like oh great's style very much. hope i can get a hint of style and techniques from his drawing style XD
wow it's great to here from people who as interested in art as i am. at the mo im into water colours so sketch your drawing ink it paint with water colour wait till dry and then re ink. you get a type of terry pratchet meets brian froud type of result. mrgreen
I have one artist who I love everything about his style. He actually did my signature work.
I was so happy I cried.

So, yeah, I have a few favorite artists, most of which are non-anime, but still stylized, you know?
Kind of like comic books, but they don't do any comic work.
The artists I like, I love to death.
