Kokyuu
it's absolutely hideous. I'm sure this has been asked before, but is this... normal? I sometimes look back at work that I did years ago and it looks totally different from how I saw it back then. So does this mean that I'm improving? (well, obviously... that was a stupid question but that's not the point!) But how do
other people see it? Do people that are better than me see it "the bad way?" How do people that are less talented than me see it?
so many questions~ ;__; I hope this makes sense
sweatdrop It's basically writer's-block, but with drawing instead. Believe me, I've been suffering from a dry-spell of drawing talent for months...I find that the only thing I can really do to continue drawing, yet not destroy every single thing I draw in a fit of rage, is to copy old art. Not trace, oh no, but copy the picture. Even copy someone else's art just to get your hand moving differently. Your drawer's-block might have to do with lack of personal style, or you're not comfortable with the style you do have. It's obvious from my art that I have a variety of different styles; if you can't make an anime masterpiece, just doodle, or draw fleshy stick-figures. You'll either be amused with what you draw, or you'll gradually slide back into your masterpiece-mode.
