This is a great post I mirrored from Conceptart.org for you guys to take a look at. It's a bunch of (legally free) art e-books that cover a wide spectrum of subjects. Have a look and read a few, alot of them are fantastic, some of them, not so much.

Note: Towards the bottom the books begin to get categorized into sub-genre's (Architecture, Composition etc.)
