I plan on drawing my OC character, whom has a ton of
cybernetic/neon gear
I usually thought I had to make some colors darker than the other,
and the areas that are supposed to glow brighter
buut I'm still not 100% . ~ .
tips?

What software do you use?

This thing called SumoPaint ;n ;
I use it mainly because my laptop doesn't accept .exes,
so downloading something like SAI is impossible atm
