Help i need opinions/advice

So short backstory, I need help coming up with different ideas on how to draw this tattoo a friend of mine requested.

"I want a picture of a boy looking down a wishing well, seeing the reflection of himself but older"

The best I could come up with is a fishlens angle from above, but i really need suggestions on how to make this concept better. this is only a quick sketch, so any advice/opinions is highly apperciated.

not a shabby angle... i really like it... maybe have a bucket sitting beside the well to show that it is definitely a well.

Looks good, I like the bucket idea.
Maybe some vines, moss, a little shrub off to the side.
Can't be too detailed unless it'll be a big tattoo.
Looks good so far though.
