I personally hate when you're just starting the initial figure sketch and people ask, "why is she bald?" or "Why is she naked?"

I'M GETTING TO THAT. WAIT 'TIL ITS FINISHED KTHX.

But yes. I hate it when I'm drawing some funky futuristic/fantasy outfit with some fun ornaments and people go "what's that orby/pointy/shiny thing coming out of her hair/belt/boot/bracelet/etc." I don't know. I thought it looked cool. Do I need a reason for everything?

Lol, really. People need to learn to think outside the box and come up with their own conclusions for what they see before them...

I don't like being watched. I don't draw much at school unless it's in art class

it's funny when people in art class ask ME to help them with their drawing instead of asking the art teacher for help

i kno! when i show my friend linette (rumikohashi) my art she just goes all like yea thats nice, but u shuld see my artwork compared to hers!
atleast i have a lot of fame as a pianist and violinist.. xd

I really hate it when they ask "Who's that?" and the converesation usually goes like this.

Person: "That drawing is cool, but who is it."

Me: "I dunno just a person."

Person: "Why'de you draw someone without a name? Why don't you give him a name?"

Me: [getting agitated] "Maybe I don't want to give him a name."

Person: "Why not?"

Me: "Because I don't feel like naming him."

Person: "He has to have a name."

Me: "No he doesn't, I don't want to name him."

Person: "You have to."

Me: "No I don't, so just leave me the hell alone."

It gets on my ******** nerves the stupid things people say about your drawings

I avoid drawing around people other than my friends. Even then, I don't enjoy it most of the time.

I hate when I simplify something, like don't draw the fingers on a hand, or don't draw a nose on a face, or draw little circles for the eyes, and my one "friend" is always, "DRAW THEIR FINGERS! WHERE'S THEIR NOSE? RAWR RAWR RAWR!" And it's like, why don't you just freaking draw it then?!

I detest that....I draw alot of abstract. And I get "What's that supposed to be?" "It's not supposed to be anything inparticular, it's abstract..."

I draw a naked woman with a crow's head "What's that?" Isn't it obvious?"

I may draw some hidiously deformed Silent Hill related creature...and I get this
"You're so morbid you need to go to a psychologist I hate this violent s**t you draw" Mostly from my mom. Or I'd draw something gorey, I get..."WHAT'S WITH THIS VIOLENT s**t?!" Also done when a Gaia mule's profile was looked at by her...

That happens to me allllll the freaking TIME! I am doodling and everyone is like whats that? and most of them say it rudely. Like I was drawing a dragon and this retard comes up to and was all like "what the ******** is that?" I HATE IT SO MUCH! And I hate it when people say, "shes better then you." when that person is horrible at drawing it gets me so mad!

I really hate getting that, but HONESTLY it helps point out what I need to work on. If you drew some imaginary monster or something, and they ask "what's that?" then it's understandable that they're curious. Campare that to lets say... a cat. And they couldn't tell what it was. That means you NEED to improve upon cats, because it obviously isn't recognisable, and could look like a frog for all you know.

But then again if you're just sketching for yourself, then it's fine. Eh...

Anyways, when someone is watching me I get nervous, but it makes me only not want to screw up. I used to abhor being watched, but now I like having someone who can give critiques ( or drown me with cheesy compliments and "OMFG CAN YOU DRAW ME!? " wink 3nodding .

Oh geez, I EXACTLY know what you mean. How many times someone looked at my drawing and shouted :

AHAAHA [Insert real name here] IS DRAWING PORN!
or
OMG that look like Britney Spears o___O

...Next time, I'll throw them my pencil. 8D
Or when people are asking me to draw them. I usually draw a Chibi thing that only have the same haircut. Dx

If they ask you that again give them a really simple name like "Bob" or whatever to get them to shut up.
Plus seeing their reaction or whatever can make you laugh.
Just play with people like that cause they're so stupid razz .
