I'm trying to make an avi art someone drew me transparent, but i dont know how to do it ;w;
if someone can help me that would be awesome!! XD

Why not ask the artist? They may be cool and do it for you.

That's understandable. You could wait and ask her when she's done? Or you could get GIMP or Krita and look up a tutorial on how to make a transparent png.

you could get someone who has Paint Tool Sai to make it transparent for you ouo
