I asked Studio Antithesis specifically about it most often (I've also talked to Dirk in the past about them), and what's being used is the Classic Retractable sign with the Cotton Canvas option for printing. It's not particularly cheap, but they're all having very good results with the signs being very portable and very durable. (and that reminds me that I really need to get mine ordered too... >.< )

You rock so hard--this is exactly what I was asking about. 3nodding Looking over it, the price, while not exactly cheap like you said, is still quite reasonable for the product--and durability/portability is a must since I travel a lot to cons. Thanks a bunch!

Anyway, on the search for online printing services, I came across a review for some sites. This one photographer said he always uses Winkflash for his prints, not only because of the nice quality, but their 4x6 prints ship for 99cents.

If you sign up, they'll give you 50 free prints, and you just have to pay the 99cent shipping.

Just got mine in today, and quite happy with them.

I got my ArtsCow prints today too, and they're also nice, except for one of my prints that is mostly black and green printed out wonky, but hey...free is free(sign up soon! Their current promo is 400 free prints plus a photobook). Beware the high shipping, though. They ship from Hong Kong.

I'm the kind of cheapass who perpetually eyes sites like fatwallet.com, so I'm good at finding deals. There are actually a lot of online places you get get free 4x6 prints(even the online Walmart does it and you don't have to pay shipping, you can just pick it up at the store), if you're willing to pay for the shipping.

Winkflash doesn't have a date set on the 50 free print coupon, so I assume it's a way to get people to sample their quality so end up going with them.

ArtsCow has it to where you can only order 100 of your free prints a month(50 4x6, and 50 5x7), so planning ahead with them is a good thing since it'd take 4 months to get all 400 of your free prints. As to when it ends:

No, hun, it's not over yet(I think). They said they'd stop it once they give out 20,000,000 print credits. So far they only gave out 11,200,000.

And to get one of those links, you sign in and on the side under 'Affiliate' it has Promote Links. Click on it and at the bottom in a purple box it gives you the link.
