Pure Buttons sticker site just launched! Here it is

And they do do die-cuts.

I think I might request a sample pack from them.

That makes two of us. It filled up rather quickly last year. eek

(Well, quick for AZ anyway)
How disappointing, that site only ships within the US.

Let us know how they come out if you do. I'd be interested in your opinion at least. ...

I ordered the samples. I'll let you guys know when they come here. And take pictures if I can find the camera.
Looks like Paper Forest is back, renamed, and offering new products... and a sample pack, too (of everything but the metal charms they're now selling). I might return to a serious consideration of using them...

Oh, cool. What's it renamed?
It's now Printsess.

I'm seriously debating whether the nicer quality and fact that I will not have to cut out a single one by hand would make it worth it to me to start paying out for the plastic charms they're producing... I'm working on new designs (after partially restocking before remembering Ohayo's fanart rules), and dreading the printing and cutting part that's coming.

I'm strongly considering the metal charms if I come up with a good enough design. They're an investment, but if I can come up with something people like it'd be worth it, I think, for something of that quality.

Ooh....those charms do look cool...but it's a tad pricey.....I think I'll go to some professional printers for my stickers this year....

I got a table for San-Japan, I tried to get one for A-Kon but I ended up on the waiting list...Oh, well...

And I found out my friends have been making these little figurines outta Sculpty clay, They'd be perfect for cell phone charms.
But I think gonna do a little beta testing with Shrinky Dinks first...
I've been using shrinky dinks for a while, myself... the results are pretty nice, overall, but it's just starting to wear me out. ^^ At the minimum order size for the small ones (so about the same size I'm already working with), they'd run about $1.31 each, which isn't that much above the current cost + labor I'm looking at right now. And since I just got my lanyards much cheaper than I used to, that brought my price per unit down a lto as well.

I probably wouldn't order more than one set at a time as replacements, though, but I think in the long run it might not be a bad deal for my originals... and I'm going to start clearancing out a lot of the fanart ones soon, the rest being pretty heavy parody so they might clear through. I don't know if I could bring the price back up on them with the higher quality results, but it's a possibility as well... lots to consider and lots of time to do it, really.

Oh, those metal charms are cool looking. I don't have anything that's good charm material, but I'll be keeping those in mind.
Oh, now those are just flipping adorable!

Ugh, there's supposed to be a freezing rain/snowstorm when I plan on traveling to SoDak this weekend. Hopefully the weather will hold up and this trip will actually happen.
Good luck!

I'm hoping for good weather next weekend when I head to Ohayocon... I"m already flying standby, the last thing I need is weather delays, I'll be stuck in the airport all weekend. ^^;;
