I find that taking a break from drawing for a few hours or days, going for a walk, playing games, or just drawing something small or doodling helps me loads with art block.
You could always try experimenting with different mediums, like watercolours, colouring pencils, markers, or digital art. (This is all dependent on what type of artist you may be).

Art blocks are the worst, I hope you recover from yours soon, and I hope that I was able to help you out in some way smile

What happens when you have an art block is that your ability to see has caught up drastically with your ability to draw. You didn't got worse, it's a sign you've improved! biggrin

I get the feeling, it's terrible. It feels like you aren't able to draw anything nice.
What helps is to do something different. Try out a new approach or style. A brake can also help.

It will pass, but for now remember that it's a sign you're improving faster then normal!
