I find that taking a break from drawing for a few hours or days, going for a walk, playing games, or just drawing something small or doodling helps me loads with art block.
You could always try experimenting with different mediums, like watercolours, colouring pencils, markers, or digital art. (This is all dependent on what type of artist you may be).
