Welcome to Gaia! ::

i love to use pens/pencils, ..REAL things xd
i hate to draw, or work with the computer.. like photoshop, or something else. gonk
Corel Painter, Photoshop, Wacom, graphite, acrylics, oil pastels, metal, colored pencil, (recently) charcoal, and conte. I haven't found one I hated yet. I used to dislike charcoal, but after a few weeks of being forced to use it, I've learned to appreciate it.

*. Favorites: Photoshop CS2, mechanical pencil, colored pencil, (sometimes watercolor)

Haaaaaaaaates: Acrylic paints, drawing pencils (they confuse me and I hate the feeling of wooden pencils in my hand. >x>;; ) charcoal, markers, oil pastels, pens... just about anything permanent or hard to control. x:

for portraits different kinds of pencils and for colored art copics, ink and watercolor pencils. only sometimes photoshop.....I prefer to stay with traditional stuff than digital ^^
I'm using all material I can get. The only media I didn't use till now is oil. The only "art material" I don't really like is cg xD I don't like it when I can't "touch" the picture itself. My favourite would be ink and watercolor smile
i love using charcle and paint and scetching and sculpting but i hate stained glass

I like prismsas, and normal pencils, I use sculpy when I'm sculpting. I hate, hate, ha-te (that absolutley must be destroyed) chalk pastels. Details are so hard to achieve with them.

ballpoint, oil paint and digital paint are my favorite mediums to use--- i dislike charcoal and graphite most though. they don't have the fine clean qualities i like
i like pencils and making darker outlines with pens, ballpoints since they dont jam when you use them, or just old type dipping inkwell pins. I get along fine with paints, oils, conte' and colored pecils.

though i hate usuing charcol and it hates me. Im still learning to use photoshop and gimp.

everyone has their good and bad.
I love simple pencils. I always had troubles with colors. I think I may have trouble in seeing them right (after several discussions where about 3 people told me something was blue and I sayed it was indigo, ore red-orange problems) But I started using waterpaint.... and I won't give up until I learn how to make a solid piece with it, that is not from a fruit! Even if it kills me burning_eyes !
Like: Pencil, digital.
Hate: Traditional paints and inks.

I like to be able to erase. If I can't erase, we're gonna have problems. I also hate getting messy. Those two things pretty much rule out 90% of traditional media. xD 'Cept good old pencil.
I LOVE to use Ink pens and Traditional pencil crayons. I guess it's the finished product and the texture of the work that I really enjoy. biggrin I also think I have a nice time controlling the way they work too.

The type of media I don't like using is charcoal. My friends and teachers say I know how to use it well, but I really dislike charcoal texture and how sloppy it can get. I try to move out of my "comfort zone" and work on it from time to time (cause that's how artists can improve their skills).
i generally use cheap ink and copics. i'm not very good with the copics, but i like how they feel when i use them and how they look. heart

i used to use my tablet and used a program called open canvas 1.1, it was amazing! now i got a new computer and i can't find the program anywhere. and i hate photoshop because it's too confusing. neutral

so now my tablet is like sitting and rotting on my desk. D:
Nikon D60 for photography and borrowed Canon TI for film stuff.
For finished 'studio' pieces I usually use acrylic but plan in pencil and coloured pencils. Sometimes I dabble in watercolours or charchol.
I hate pastels though. Hate hate hate hate.
