Art materials, what do you use? What do you hate to use?

I'm in my form most when I use pencils and graphite.
I sometimes use charcoal, not to often to think I'm good. I love sketching with pens though. I save my finished drawing safely so they aren't smudged or faded. Pens don't fade too much and they are a bit forgiving.

I absolutely hate my painting outcomes. I can't layer correctly or do the 3rd and I usually get bad outcomes....no always. I'm sort of precious with watercolours, it looks kinda cute but don't take it seriously.

I like working with pad and utensil so I don't have any sort of art program. Photography sometimes sparks my interests....I'm not very good with scenery or full portraits but I do think I'm pretty good......... with dog portraits. I have no idea why.

What are you main tools of trade, digital, cravings, clay, camera, origami? Anything is possible. What do you ultimately suck at? Like me with painting.

i usually use mechanical pencils and a sketch pad or something of the sort,i love colored pencils and gel pens, im a decent artist and occasionally i paint ... im not great at that but good, im horrible at sculpting and the only art supplies i hate to use are crayons,they suck

Pencil, paper, and colored pencils ftw.

I really hate soft pastels (I got a set from my grandma that she bought years ago) and everything comes out fuzzy.
I am, however, forcing myself to get used to 'em.

I use just about everything, being a mixed media artist (also coming from a household of ceramicists and mixed media artist parents). As of late it's been my pen and notebook, acrylics and photography. I'm graduating from the UCLA school of Arts and I'm hoping to get a Canon 50D SLR for graduation. (!!!)

I like to sketch with pencils and painting with watercolors [although I'm not that good at it]. I also like to use colored pencils.

I don't like using pastels though. sad

I'm a digital artist mostly. I draw sketches on a paper, but always complete them in graphic editor.

•••I like charcoal, pastels, oils... anything that lets you do wiiiiiide, long strokes. And Photoshop, obviously.
Mechanical pencils are the devil's device, the only way for me to use 'em is to burn them and scatter the ashes.
