How many of you keep them? Do you do a daily entry, a weekly entry?
Do you just keep in in your sketchpad, or do you actually have a LJ/Blogger/Whatever where you post it all?

Depending on when you put something new in ( Say, Daily) is it hard to keep up with?

:>
Just wondering what people actually do. I just recently started one on Blogger, and I'm trying to keep it daily, to make sure I draw at least one thing every day. I'm just wondering how many people do this, and how many find it helpful, et cetera.

Huh... that reminds me that I have a Blogspot account that I haven't used in forever. I need to.

I suppose if it's gallery sites like Deviant, Sheezy, and Manga Revolution it's easier to update them.
I keep one on LJ just to give me something to do; it's only ever updated when I can be fussed with it. It doesn't necessarily document much other than "This was sketched whenever and is whatever"... so it's probably not much of an art journal, at least not in the conventional sense. At least it keeps me from having to dump sketches/WIPs on DA all of the time.
I keep a Wordpress blog on my hosting for my art, but only update it sporadically. My goal is to start a sketchbook thread at CA someday so that I can feel more pressure to actually do work than I do on a personal blog that no one but me ever sees.

I had a sketchbook on CA, but there wasn't really much imput even when I asked for advise and whatnot. I'll probably start that up, too, and just update it with my daily Sketch thing.

I have composition notebooks.
Actually,I was writing in one earlier.
It was called The Dream That Came True.
Its about a french guy who falls in love... heheheh.
I keep one, although I don't always upload it. I use my handy-dandy Moleskine watercolor notebook for that.

Oh god I know @_@
At first I was skeptical about them, they had such rave reviews and everything. And then one day, I saw them at Borders and I was like, "Meh, what the hell." So I bought it. And now I know the awesomeness that is known as Moleskine. ^o^

I've got a moleskine, but the only one I could find was just a plain one D: It sort of sucks for art because the paper is real thin, but the convenience makes up for it~

Aw... you should definitely invest in a watercolor one. It is unbelievably amazing. I've put watercolors on one side and sharpie on another and it didn't bleed.

I really want to, but I can only order them online, or get them when I go up to Rhode Island. ;;;

I'm trying to get my art shop here to get a supply of them.

DickBlick.com seems to sell them, it's actually cheaper than when I bought them from Borders but I dunno about shipping D:
meh. have a sketchbook that i draw in almost everyday 'cause i'm too lazy to update a blog or something.
it's so hard for me to keep these things updated!! bc they're only sketches, right? finished images are uploaded anyways... mad but i plan to start a art and life blog in september. when i move to england. xp
