How was Megacon? 4laugh

Awesome! <3 I had alot of fun, especially when I met some of the voice actors that were there this year. x3 Speaking of which, I asked on the VAs (Laura Bailey) if she was in a training video for a craft store I work at and she admitted to me that it was her in the video--just like I thought it was! BWHAH. x3 I am such a dork. xD

Do you go to any conventions? :3

That sounds great! XD
No, I've never been to a convention. T^T *sad sigh*

Never?? D: Oh my you must go to one one day. <3 They are a lot of fun. I mostly go to meet the voice actors. <3 I got to meet Laura Bailey, Todd Haberkorn, and then very very briefly, Chris Sabat. <3 I was so happy! whee

Nope. I'd like to go though. I like cosplay. <3
I don't know what I'd say to them if I met anyone famous though. =D

<3 <3 I usually don't know either! xD I tend to draw them a picture and ask them to sign a copy of it and then if I feel courageous enough I'll ask if they wouldn't mind take a picture with me. x3 I practically melted all over Chuck Huber (hiei's voice actor) when I met him last year. I was in heaven. x"D I posted him saying something to me on youtube...ahhhh he is such a sweetie. x3 *is gushing again xD*

OH OH and I think if I read the gaia info bar correctly today is your birthday yes? (or did I miss it?? D: I am fairly certain I saw that you and another one of my friends on here have the same b-day so if I am wrong then consider me early! xD)

I think there are some people I'd blush if I met, and even squee, but I guess it depends on if they are nice in person. I've always wanted to meet Robin Williams but I heard he can be a d**k to his fans. =( That breaks my heart cause he was my idol for so long.
Thanks. ^_^ My birthday was Monday, the 20th.

I know how you feel--usually the voice actors tend to turn me to mush since I love them so dearly. (My co-worker pointed out to me that I was physically blushing when I started talking about Todd Haberkorn >////> )
I love Robin Williams too! <3 <3 I haven't heard of him being a jerk to his fans D: but even if he is I would still walk right up to him (if I were ever so lucky to meet him in person) and hand him a drawing melting into a puddle at his feet. I'm just a nerd that way! xD

Happy late birthday then!! <3 <3 <3 Did you do anything fun for your b-day? :"D

hahaha I'm too shy to talk to 'normal' people, let alone a famous person. ^///^ You're lucky you can talk to people. Some people just aren't compatible, or maybe the people who were insulted by Robin Williams actually insulted him in some way to make him act standoffish. I know I wouldn't want idiots around me all the time asking the same questions over and over, so who knows. =D

I got a ps3 and 2 games for my birthday, but the video outout on it is too high for my old tv. My tv handled the Wii just fine, but it's okay. My bf wanted an excuse to buy a new tv anyway. XP We got one today actually. lol I've been playing the Sims3 pets today though.
Last Saturday we went out to see The Secret world of Arrietty, which was really good. And the day before that the guys bought me an oreo ice cream cake. So come Monday I actually didn't have anything to do. XD But other than being sick as hell it was a pretty good birthday. heart

I usually can talk to people just fine but there are times when I have no trouble with going up to somone and saying something but when I am up there I find I don't have anything/or I don't know what to say! xD; That almost happend to me when I met Todd Haberkorn. I became like jelly and forgot what I had wanted to tell him. BUT thankfully my friend was there and reminded me, and thus I was good again! ;3

Same here! So here's to hoping that Robin Williams was just having an off day if he did poke at some of his fans. x3 <3

OOOh sounds like a fun birthday (minus the getting sick part of course D: I hope you are feeling better! ) especially the part where you say Arriety. My friends and I went to see that recently too and we all enjoyed it--though in my opinion it was waaaay too short and felt a tad rushed. I would have gladly sat to watch a 3 hour Miyazaki movie. <3 Some of my favorite movies from him are longer ones--like Castle and the Sky or Princess Mononoke (I think they are at least 2 hours long if I am not mistaken). Regardless though, I loved Arriety. Spiller became an instant hit between my friends and I! We want him to be in his own movie now. xD

Oh and before I forget to mention! I have not forgotten your art prize! ;D <3 I am hoping to get art done over Spring Break (next week) so I'm crossing my fingers and praying that I'll be able to at least get most of the way done with your prize during that time. x3

I love Miyazaki films too, but I agree Arrietty felt rushed, like it was missing something. Maybe Disney cut scenes? I didn't like the ending either. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. All Miyazaki films leave you with this feeling of joy and satisfaction when they end, even the sad ones like Grave of the Fireflies. But Arrietty left me wondering what happened next. They should have had an after-story showing the family settling into their new home, even if it was during the credits. um. . .Like at the end of Kiki's Delivery Service. 3nodding And a little more of (was his name Spiller?) Spiller's story. So he was a loner, but how did he survive? How did he know the other Borrowers? Why does he eat bugs? Will Arrietty accept his affections or meet another young man?

Whooo! I look forward to seeing the idea you come up with. <3
I wanna know dammit! *flails* So, overall a poor ending.
