Gluten intolerance. gonk heart

And all the GF alternatives have Xanthan Gum in them, which I'm allergic to. WIN. I need to do more research into alternatives for that particular ingredient.

So for now, no waffles. emo

aww we have quite a few of those in our town. I started working for a Cafe and I'm learning about everybody's diet restrictions. I can't believe the price of gluten free cookies lol.

I work in a grocery store and i know we have gluten-free pancake mix in the organic//health food section.

I think in mixes, I'm going to be SOL. xp I will have to experiment on my own, now that I've found a list of substitutes for the X.G.
