Its really strange how close Zakiel is to me. The first thing I noticed was the hair color and some of the personality. But his main- Aquamarine- color, is my birthstone. I prefer magic to phsical combat.

Not important but just a fin fact or two. xp

I was inspired to create him, he was the first OC where his info just seemed to flow easily.
Perhaps its from all the games i play and they have these smexy magical guys XD

Ah yes, I understand XD~ I have an angel boy myself and he's been turned down for commissions 100% because of his wings. Even though his hair/clothes design is really simple x___X~

I really like drawing them because they add a great background to the image <3~~ and it's not that hard for me~~ though my wings aren't as realistic as some peoples, though *cheats and doesn't shade as much as I should, haha*

Yea I've had a few people baulk at the idea of doing wings. So I just got to the point where i started writing in the information he had wings BUT if they really hated wings they could choose to not put them in. Simply because i wanted pictures of them and if i had to go so far as get them without wings then i would...otherwise they'd feel neglected from lack of pictures XD

I'm really bad at coming up with clothing ideas generally for my OCs. And when i do its hard to explain them anyway, I attempt but people dont always know what I mean so thats why i generally let people put them in whatever they want. Providing it kind of goes with their personality and stuff. Plus sometimes seeing them in the same thing constantly makes me decide i hate that outfit ^ ^;

Ah ^ ^ well it sounds like you really enjoy them. I do think that they add a little extra to the picture when people go through the trouble of drawing them into the picture. Oh pfft, wings are wings ^ ^ people just have multiple ways of doing them just like everything else XD

Aha, I do that too XP. But he still gets turned down, for who knows what reason -__-::;~ And I really want pics of him with wiiiings~~ *draws them myself >D* Maybe I can just commission wing-less pictures of him and then photoshop wings onto his back. But then, that's probably be breaking the artist/edit policy and I'd get banned XD;;;;~

Lol when I want to come up with a clothing design, I just pretty much make it up on the spot (5 minutes) and then stick to it. It's quite scary O____O. It also results in some really horrid fashion designs XD;;;;~~ *design-ly challenged*. But the clothes your OCs are wearing in the refs are all pretty spiffy :> The match more than the clothes on my characters match them XD;;;;~~

Every wing is different :>. Even me. Sometimes they turn out great; other times they kind of suck x___X. It really depends on the mood I'm in and if my pencil is willing to cooperate XD;;;~

*should probably be brainstorming ideas. But is currently tired. Gaaah*

I've decided that Zakiel = SEXY HAIR!!!!! I did a lineart of him today and am thinking of adding Rael and Sakura to it (sort of in the bg so that Zakiel can steal the show biggrin ).

*Blinks* Hn...that's kinda strange. I wonder why they turn him down...maybe you should see if they would tell you why they wouldn't do it. Yea I know, I feel the same about mine...its nice sometimes to see them with their wings <3

Lol, well I guess if you made a deal with them and got their okay for you to do that then you could. But I'm fairly sure you'd have to get their permission to do that or yea you'd be in big trouble for tampering with their art work and stuff.

o.o really? Darn...mine always seem to take forever to create....or generally i wander through pages of images on DA until i get inspired and think up one. Or if they don't have a set outfit yet and someone makes a really good one i sometimes stick with that one. Lol, thanks...I'm fairly happy with their current ones....though i should make Mikkel an outfit similar to Rael and Zakiel since thats the kind of outfit they wear in "Heaven''...

Probably like most art in general it depends on mood and inspiration i assume.

I love his hair so much! I created it very lovingly...for who knows what reason i just liked it 2 lengths XD
T.T but hardly anyone can get it right...it ends up too short or the same length *emos in the corner*

oo.... I think I got it right. His hair on his left side is kinda flowy so it's hard to see the length (it's about down to the bottom of his shoulder blade-ish, but his hair on the right is just below his lower lip.

I just noticed an uber problem with the hand so I'm probably gonna reink it. If its too long or too short let me know and I can change it.
