Just read that you said you were in the military. I'm trying to get into the USAF right now. I'm 27, so this is my last year that I can possibly try! I don't turn 28 till next August, so my recruiter said I should be able to get in if there aren't any major snags. smile

surprised oh my goodness you are? That awesome! I was in the Air Force for 5 years. I didn't join until I was 22, xd I turned 23 I'm basic. I was an Information Manager, do you know what job you'll be doing? Are you going active, guard, or reserve?

Going active. I'm highly tempted to try for cryptologic linguist, as I'm good with languages. Although, I wouldn't mind working in personnel and pushing paper. I like paperwork. XD

There was no hurricane here, but there was an earthquake further north and we had a tsunami warning. It was lifted, though.

We had some here in Oklahoma last year xd though they where Quake-nados because we had the earthquakes and tornados all in the same night xd it was kind of crazy.

I'm glad that the tsunami warning passed. The only time I ever had one of those was when we had the 7.0 in Japan when I lived there, but nothing happened thank god, I just lost my Christmas tree xd it fell over.

Haha. No. I live in BC. It was a 7.7 earthquake off the coast of the Haida Gwaii islands. Too close for comfort, really. Things like this just seem quite abnormal in this part of the world.
