Yeah I don't know either, I want to encourage people to enter multiple categories and like, it would stink if I only got one entry in a category and had to give away the prize but I think it is worth it because people WANT to be guaranteed a prizes. Cuz like, it would also stink for an artist if they entered in a category and then not enough people else entered that category so no prizes.... yeah?

Yeah. You'd have to be sneaky and say 'x number of people per category' and if you didnt get enough then go on to say 'SURPRISE! ACTUALLY YOU WIN!'

19mil should attract a good crowd. You've gotten lots of good art in previous contests for less.... :3
