I've been on Gaia for 10 years now, and I think I've had a good run. I'm in the process of eventually quitting (lol yeah right, who ever really QUITS Gaia?) and I wanted to do one last fun thing before I go. So, I decided to have a contest for art of me and my two (video game) husbands!

Ok, for srs, please read these over before you post / enter. It's nothing too ridiculous, but still I'd appreciate it.
Obey the ToS and all Gaian rules. Really, I don't think I need to put this, but for reals, obey the rules. They're there for a reason.
No flaming, being rude, swearing excessively, cussing out the other entrants, fighting. If you seriously have to be like that, take it to a PM or another thread.

After the entries have been judged the decision is final. I won't be changing my mind. Please, lets all be good sports with this, ok?
No art theft or tracing other's art for your piece. Original stuff only ok?
If you chose to create art using traditional tools and paper, PLEASE scan it! No pictures taken with a camera or phone, ok? If you submit a picture taken with a camera/phone I won't accept it.
Please don't quote any of the big posts on this page. If you feel the need to, please cut the text out of it so it isn't a massive post.
Alll art submitted MUST CONTAIN at least myself + Varian OR Alistair. If you want to draw all three that's cool, but it MUST include at least 2 of us!

King Varian Wrynn Hair: Brown, ponytail. It's glorious. I'm jealous of his hair. See images for details. Eyes: I think they're blue? They change colour in the official art. So go with your gut on this one! Facial features: Scar over the bridge of his nose and across his left eye. I included a sample pic to give you an idea! Personality: A bit of a hardass. Serious, brooding, strong and hotblooded. Easy to anger. Feels the need to be protective of who he loves and cares about.

*If you could draw him in his armor that would be awesome. If it doesn't look spot on that's cool. If you have trouble with the armor, feel free to draw him in his leathers.
Alistair, the Grey Warden Hair: Dirty blonde/light brown. Gelled. Eyes: Brown. Facial features: Stubble! Wonderful, stubble! Personality: A goofball. Loves to joke around but can be serious when the time is appropriate. Romantic as well. He offers a rose to the person he's romantically interested in~
*Again, armor doesn't have to be spot on. Feel free to experiment with it a bit if you want.
Angel Hair: Brown, long. Eyes: Golden brown / copper coloured. Features: I wear a silver bangle on my left wrist, please keep it in! It has important meaning. I also always wear white eyeliner in the inside corner of my eyes and black eyeliner around the rest. See images for example. Personality: Somehow I manage to be a mixture of the two. I love to joke around, but I feel a compulsion to protect the ones I love. I am a little hotblooded at times.
I'd love a ballgown or armor for me. Need some inspiration? Take a look at these examples! You don't have to copy them exactly, they're just here to give you an idea!
Q. Umm, what's with the name? A. Well, up until like July 2013, Varian was my enemy and Alistair was my buddy. Varian isn't my enemy any more, he's been promoted to Video Game Husband. Alistair and I are still BFFs though.
Q. So, what do you want us to draw? A. I am looking for art of either me with Varian or me with Alistair. If you're feeling ambitious you can go ahead and draw the 3 of us together, but no singles please.
Q. Ooh, art together eh? Can I draw porn? A. WHAT!? No! Every entry has to be ToS appropriate! I'm posting the entries on Gaia for goodness sake! I appreciate the offer but no.
Q. Ok, no porn. What about NSFW or risque stuff? Like, sexy? A. That's fine, but no porn. And if there's nudity it should be tasteful!
Q. How many times can I enter? A. As many as you want, but be warned, if you win one of the major prizes you might not be able to win another big prize.
Q. Why can't I enter a picture taken with my camera/phone? A. Ok, I put in this rule because I won't accept entries that are low quality files. If you want to submit a picture of your art, talk to me first and we can arrange something.
Q. Who's judging this anyway? A. Why, myself of course! I'll probably rope my twin sister into helping as well.
Q. What do you mean by "for this prize to be given away there must be 20 entries"? A. I have held contests before where I only got 4 entries for the whole darn thing and had to give away some super mega prize for a piece of art that someone took 20mins in paint to draw. I'm hoping for a bit more of a turnout since this is literally my last thing I'm doing on Gaia. That's why I put that little piece in. If I get like, 18 entries I'll probably cave and take it, but if there's only like, 7 entries it won't be given away.
Q. What do you mean, "prizes for everyone"? A. Click the little button in the prize section that says "spoiler". That's all the stuff I'm giving away in this. Basically, unless 200 people enter the contest, everyone will walk away with something. It might not be one of the huge prizes but everyone gets something for participating.
Q. How can I submit my entry? A. Go to the "submissions" post and post the form with your entry in this thread! Super easy!
Q. So just curious, icy, I heard that you were a Horde player. What gives with Varian? A. I'm going through a bit of a crisis in my faction choice in WoW right now. I'm not happy with the way Garrosh leads and after reading some of the books, I really like Varian and Anduin as characters. ...that and Varian's hot.
