Likereal knew that in his condition Dominique probably wouldn't be able to absorb everything he was saying, but it was important that he say it anyway. He would likely pick up on the information subconsciously, though consciously he would only pick up his tone of voice and the important bits, which is what the fair-headed boy needed. The encouragement and the verbal renouncing of his own ideas of worthlessness and a slight smile curved his lips when Dominique picked up on that sentence. His smile widened as he watched the cute, pouty yet serious face appeared while the other boy thought about his words and he ran his fingers lightly through the white strands. "Yes really."
The golden eyes looked slightly startled when a smile of pure joy covered Dominique's face, such a smile was an extreme rarity in the fair-haired boys case. Normal smiles were even few and far between, but these were even fewer and he seemed to fairly glow and shine with such light and happiness when they were shared that it left him speechless and staring. He came out of the almost trance like state when two arms suddenly clamped and tangled around his neck abruptly and he felt the other boy's cheek against his. His arms tightened fractionally around him and he hoped that one day he would be able to talk with a completely unbroken Dominique, that over time and perseverance he could help him mend the tears and cracks...
Likereal smiled softly back and his golden eyes were soft, like warm liquid gold as they looked back into the light blue. No sign of guardedness, no hidden thoughts or emotions...for once all was open and showing in this moment and as Dominique moved back against his chest and hugged him like he never wanted to let go, the Fallen moved his head to the side so that his lips moved softly against the other's cheek in a soft brushing of lips before kissing the corner of his mouth. Finally he replied, "You are welcome...but I don't think I do very much most of the time."
