 The Dancing Shinobi A Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps. He has bright green eyes and the avatars with eye color should reflect that. He is a sweetheart and always protective of his Maeryn. Maeryn Pearl A mommy and an artist. She has light gray eyes and all avatars with eye color should reflect that. She is creative and adores her Shinny. The day they started dating they were together at a Nascar race that was rained out. Their first kiss was in the cold August rain, hence the title of this contest. In late May, Shin came home for his 2 week leave and proposed! Of course Mae said yes! They plan on getting married next year when he gets home from deployment but until then, they are holding this contest to keep them busy. They have offered up approximately 1,897,500 gold worth of their own hard earned items as prizes to those of you who are willing to draw them. I felt it necessary to mention, this is a real-life couple who both happen to have gaia accounts, not an RP. |

 Shins Uniform - There are a few specifics to the uniform that I will note here in image links:
Marksmanship Badges and close-view of belt buckle (the small marksmanship badge should not be a small square, it should be a small version of the larger cross next to it, and the belt buckle is centered on the BUTTONS, not the direct center of the coat.) Ribbons on left chest (Instead of the ribbons in the previous picture, these are the ones that I have been awarded, if you get to this much detail. These are placed just above the badges above the left breast pocket, centered on the button.) The gold emblem on the hat is the same as the one in the center of the belt buckle. Service Stripe This is the single, angled stripe you see on the center Marine, just above the buttons on the cuff of his sleeve. Each stripe represents four years of service. I only have one, just like the picture. NCO Sword: This is not actually on the avatar, but I would like to see it included. It is worn on the uniform as seen in this picture, on the center Marine. We plan to use the sword to cut our cake! Last, but not least, the "Blood Stripe." this is the red stripe you see down the seam of the pants. Maes Dress - We plan on being married in July so please keep it a summery look. Of course, I wont reveal my actual dress design because I do not want shin to know it before we are married, but if you do not want to go with the one on the avatar that is fine, as long as you keep it short (between mid-calf and knee length), 1950s style and white with red. Wedding - Being as it is a summer wedding, a military wedding and quite possibly a 4th of July weekend wedding, it will be very patriotic. Our colors are scarlet (red) ivory (white) and royal blue.
