Hello. I'm Kaleigh c: I've decided to create a Jeff The Killer drawing contest! c:
There's not many rules but:

1. You MUST use YOUR OWN drawings. Anyone who copies will be disqualified.

2. But you may look at other drawings to get some ideas c:

3. It can be as cartoony or realistic as you want biggrin

4. There will be 3 winners (1st, 2nd, 3rd place)

5. NOTE!! THERE WILL BE NO PRIZES. THIS CONTEST IS FUN. THOUGH YOU WILL GAIN POPULARITY.
