Im confused on why your saying that. What do you mean?

she means that you don't look like you spent any effort on that. taking something seriously requires thought into the description and request, not just a drawing of elements that 1) barely look like elements, and 2) did not even fulfill the person's request, which was to have elements diagonally around her leg and gradually flowing into the next element. that's what that person means, she was just saying it in a slightly more subtle way.

First permission was given for use as long as it is royalty free (which it is). Second the rule is there so no one can take someone else art as their own and win prizes from it. I am not doing that. All I did was use a template open for use by others to help display where each design will be located on the body because my own scanner does not work with my laptop.
