GAIA ART WORLD CUP - WINNERS ANNOUNCED

[Etoile Celeste]

What is it?
It's an art contest that works a bit like the Eurovision contest :
Each participant will pick a country and will represent this country during the contest.
There will be selections with several countries being eliminated during each round. When there are only 10 countries left or so (depending on the number of contestants), there will be a final vote and the winner will be picked.

How does it work?
If you're interested in joining this contest, please PM me and let me know which country you'd like to represent.
When the "1st round submission" period starts, I will be accepting entries. When this period ends, people will vote and a some countries will be eliminated. Please note that no entry will be accepted during the voting period.
Then there will be a second round with more countries being eliminated, and so on. There will be 5 rounds (see the "Agenda" post for further details). If you fail to submit an entry for a round, you won't be able to take part in the next rounds. Same, you can't submit an entry for a round if you didn't "pass" the previous rounds.

About the vote:
Each participant will have to give 10, 8, 6, 4 and 2 points to 5 countries (example: "I give my 10 points to Germany, my 8 points to France etc".
Regular users will also be able to give points too, in the "voting thread".

- Be polite ;
- Don't advertise without my agreement ;
- Don't reserve a country if you know you won't be able to participate ;
- Don't submit watermarked art ;
- Don't submit art that doesn't meet the requirements (see each round's post) ;
- Don't submit art during the voting period ;
- Don't submit entries if you are not listed as an official participant.
- I reserve the right to cancel the contest as long as the 1st round hasn't started yet, since no entry will be submitted by then.

Please note that the planning may slightly change due to real life commitments. It won't be more than a few days, though.
