Idk really. The petition by Beat of Angels was probably the first step, but then the guild came about, and eventually I decided on my own to make this thread for the guild. Not sure who came up with the SOS stuff and the wingding shirts though.

Yes. I guess the picket signs came from some other gaia event? I haven't been online for a while.

Well, I understand the grief of Gaia offers, but I cannot say I haven't benefitted from them. I'd like to stick around though, this seems like quite the interesting contest.

If you've the time, you could always do both? A big scene sounds fun to me, but you can tell more of a story with a comic. Its your call.

Personally, I'm against them because I feel they have Gaia over a barrel. Its a middleman company that's just a gateway to a mixed bag of companies. I prefer Gaia being a bit more selective than that, and if they dealt with these companies directly they'd get all the money they're spending on the middlemen too.

Idk, maybe there's some good in those offers, but alot of them are tacky and ill suited to Gaia, and thats without the disasterous scams and viruses. Gaia had endless chances to give out cash (what about giving us cash if we bought Kung Fu Panda on DVD rather than a blackbelt? etc). Doing it with these shady companies is just... iffy.

But yeah, that's my rant over. =3 Back to the fun of the contest, eh?
