serbus - It's called Graphic Artists Guild Handbook : Pricing & Ethical Guidelines, and it's updated once in a while. I haven't looked at it in a long time because it became more useful for me to just base my prices on what other people doing similar work were charging, but it's probably not a bad reference for getting started.

I think I'm going to take tomorrow to go through the thread, just to double-check things and make sure nothing has been missed, and to rearrange the entires section so that it doesn't look so sloppy; maybe link to the entries rather than quoting, and arrange by character. 8D;

Or you could just make the text really small? Personally I checked out the photobucket rather than look through each entry.
