Design my next cosplay? Pokemon Gijinka! {1b in prizes}

Hello Hello! My name is Elaina, I'm holding this contest as a way to find a creative new design for my next cosplay{s}
I want to do a Pokemon Gijinka.

Now, a few things you should take into consideration:

I want the design to be sexy, but not too revealing.
It also needs to be clear which character it is!
Please take into consideration, it must be doable!
This must be an original design done fresh for my contest.
No reusing designs.
If I find out you did that, you will be disqualified.

You can choose any Pokemon from the first to fifth generations!

Some of my favorites if you'd rather go with one of them: Charizard, Gengar, Zapdos, Mewtwo, Kabutops, Vaporeon, Crobat, Espeon, Umbreon, Tyranitar, Typhlosion, Flygon, Milotic, Deoxys, Milotic, Garchomp, Darkrai, ARCEUS, Bisharp, Genesect, Mismagius, Zangoose

I will be accepting entries until July 4th, then the judging will commence!
Traditional and Digital both accepted.
2 entries per person

Prizes:
1st Place - 400m
2nd Place - 300m
3rd Place - 200m
50m awarded to 2 favorites!

Everyone gets 5m for entering a design in!

I know this is a little strange to ask, but, um, what is your general figure shape? Are you more of a pear? More of an apple? I ask, because I want to help design something that flatters your figure.

This just gave me a reason to bust open my new pack of notebooks. Starting now! Not sure how many design options we can give, but I'm thinking: mismagius, charizard, typhlosion, and maybe an umbreon or something.
