Hello and welcome to me very first Art Contest.
I've been selling everything I have, including my beloved Panda Hat, for this contests to offer you some amazing prizes, so, I beg you artists, PLEASE take part in this contest! *makes puppy eyes*


This contests starts on June 5th and ends November 5th.
Why so long? Because I want some amazing art for my amazing prizes!

    Follow Gaia's ToS.
    Don't insult anyone's art.
    This contests doesn't accept any sketches, doodles, uncoloured linearts, art on checked or lined paper.
    This contest also does NOT accept photographed entries! You need to either draw the art on your computer or use a scanner to scan traditional media art. NO, you can not send the picture by mail instead. STOP ASKING!
    Only enter your own artwork, stolen or all traced artwork will be disqualified and reported.
    I have no interest in copies of my own art. If I get the impression all you did was look at one of the reference pictures and tried to re-draw them I won't accept the entry.
    All entered artwork must include either the Queen, the King, Lord Wuffel or Ehlenia.
    By entering this contest you allow me to use your artwork for my website. I will not sell, edit (other than cutting parts off for banners) or claim your artwork to be mine
    There is a minimum of 100 entries required for the contest to finish. I reserve the right to postpone the deadline for entries
    Each category must have at least 5 submissions.If there are less than 5 submissions in one category I will either extend the contest or delete the entire category and add the prizes to a different category.
    No watermarks! Of course you are allowed to sign your art, but watermarks that cover big parts of the image aren't an option.
    Don't use Paint as an excuse for bad art. I am tired of getting entries with comments like "I know it's bad but I only have Paint. If you don't know how to handle a graphic programme, then don't use one. There is always still traditional media.
    Don't submit entries in Thumbnail size. O.o The only entries that can be small like this are pixel entries.

    What to draw:
    You may pick one of the following characters. You may also combine them in group pictures. Ehlenia and Lord Wuffel are only six inches small, while the King and the Queen are of average size. You may still draw them all in equal size if that's more comfortable to you.




    Skin colour: Medium human
    Hair Colour: Blue
    Eye colour: Blue
    Clothes: Long dress with corset and cloak
    Jewellery: golden bracelet, tiara, choker
    Particularities: Elven ears
    Character: Wise, optimistic, kind-hearted, gentle








    Skin colour: Medium human
    Hair Colour: Light blue/ Greyish blue/ Violet-blue
    Eye colour: Light blue
    Clothes: Pompous dark purple cloak
    Jewellery: Crown
    Particularities: Elven ears
    Character: Stubborn, very hot-tempered, arrogant







    Skin colour: Pale
    Hair Colour: Black
    Eye colour: Red with yellow/golden rings around the pupil, demon pupils
    Clothes: dark red, armour-like, see reference pictures
    Jewellery: none
    Particularities: 3rd eye on his forehead, all eyes have demon pupils
    Character: "wannabe-evil", gloomy,








    Skin colour: Gray / light blue
    Hair Colour: Light green
    Eye colour: Red, demon pupils
    Clothes: Brown, torn dress, Belt with a golden "W" on it.
    Jewellery: Golden Anklets
    Particularities: 3rd eye on her forehead, all eyes have demon pupils, Gargoyle-like tail and wings, long pointed finger nails
    Character: Obedient, loyal

    Q: Can we change the outfits of your characters?
    A: Yes, you may make changes to the clothes my characters wear, even to the colours as long as the basic idea of the clothes stays the same and the characters are still recognizable!
    I will not accept any submissions on which I cannot recognize my characters.

    Q: Can we enter Pixel Art?
    A: Yes, you may enter pixel art, but everything, INCLUDING the base, must be your original artwork!

    Q: I am working on this entry. Could you tell me how you like it/ what I should change /etc?
    A: At first, I didn't want to comment on any entries, but since I am offering this to all people now it seems to be fair again:
    Everyone who has a WIP and wants to hear my opinion about it is free to PM me the WIP.
    But, please not, that in this case I will not mince my words and you might end up getting some harsh critique!

    Q: Can I enter more than one piece of art? How many prizes can I win?
    A: Enter as many pieces of art as you like.
    Every submitted artwork, regardless of how many pieces of art the artist has submitted, can win a prize. The same artwork can not win more than one prizes though.
    But please note: Usually quality goes over quantity, so it's better to take your time and put all your effort in one or tow pieces of art instead of submitting a new (crappy) artwork every second day.

    Q: Can I enter a collaborate submission?
    A: Yes, you may work together with as many people as you like, but it's your job to share the prize/s you might get among the partners.
