US Pacific Time: 8:00 PM
US Mountain Time: 9:00 PM
US Central Time: 10:00 PM (<---- This one's me!)
US Eastern Time: 11:00 PM

Non-US
UK: 4:00 AM
Central Europe: 5:00 AM
(Don't know the names of these ones, but here are some countries, and the times you'll have when the ceremony begins)
Finland, Turkey, Ukraine, Egypt, etc: 6:00 AM
Russia (the part including Moscow and St. Petersburg), Iraq, Saudi Arabia, etc.: 7:00 AM
(The rest of Russia, moving East): 8:00 - 12:00 PM
China (And Mongolia, Irkutsk, most of Indonesia, and Western Australia): 11:00 AM
Japan, and Western New Guinea: 12:00 PM
Eastern Australia: 1:00 PM
