If I did decide to enter could I make a cleaner line art on Paintshop pro? It would be the same drawing, just without all the sketchiness.

Ya it's fine. You just cant change things like the actual hair, or the eyes, etc. But you can colour the background and stuff. Good Luck (:

You can print it and colour it. You can colour it anyway, using photoshop, MS Paint, etc.
