Yes they all know each other, even if not well.

Since Maiyu is Killian's little sister and she hangs around with Tristan all the time, Killian sort of sees Tristan like a little brother. He doesn't take Tristan very seriously, but does like him and the two of them can get along because they have similar interests. Tristan looks up to Killian, but tries not to get in his way.
