That would be awesome! I have a few friends graduating in art education and it seems really cool, and you'd probably always have a job. Which is definitely good in an art career ha ha. Oh god I know, I have no idea how I could learn all that 3D stuff and software and ahhh, very scary. I'm hoping if I get a video game related job it's all designing stuff with drawing ha ha.

Ooooh I love silent hill! That was a fun game. His work is really, really nice! I love the life studies as well, they're really gorgeous. I like how he handles the line and weight. He's really good at positioning hips and everything ahhh, so nice! And oooohhhh the environments are excellent too.

My favorite artist is probably Tara McPherson, her colors are like, awesome. I also really like McBess. Everything he draws is like...the best thing ever.

You'll be able to design, no doubt! Your designs are wicked cool cool And really original/creative, unlike many "Original" Characters I've seen >>;;; not to be mean about that--I mean, each OC is special, but some ARE just more original than others... like even mine perhaps xDDD!! That said, I don't think I have the creativity in me to be a designer, so I'd be stuck rendering stuff designed by my 'superior(s)', which may or may not be ... like, selling my soul, doing stuff I actually don't like (though that sounds like much of the working world. BUT I CAN DREAM CAN'T I). That's another reason I'm nervous about venturing into the art world. But art education definitely sounds awesome! I'm just hoping that I will be able to do a purely-art degree, without the education degree, and still somehow be able to teach eventually just because of the work I would have done by then. *such a weasellllll xD;;;!!* I WILL BE OLD BUT..BUT STILL *starves till then XDDD*

and HOLY SHOOT those are cool artists! i especially like McBess 8O!!! definitely a cool and funky mood going on. oh man, more examples of sweet style and composition that vastly sweeps mine under the table xDDDDDD if i had a compositional inspiration, two that come to mind are Kurot and Hyung Tae Kim (at least, these two for group compositions). as far as just plain composition goes, I suppose Hyung Tae Kim is a good example. crrrrrazy good composition x__x;; i sometimes sketch out would-be-ambitious attempts at compositions so crrrrrrazy, but it's a massive faaaaaaail each time XDDD;; ALAS.

Ah thanks! ; w ; I totally agree about some ocs bah. The OCs that usually are just like, lame, are the ones that are a little,uh...TOO original, if you know what I mean ha ha. Like "MY OC IS A HALF DEMON HALF DRAGON TRANSGENDERED DESCENDANT OF JESUS" and I'm like ooooooh my god. I like a little sci fi and fantasy (obviously) but like, sometimes there is too much originality in the world xDDD I like pretty average characters with pretty extraordinary things about themselves. Of course, that's just my opinion ha ha. Selling your soul is ok with me! I want to be an inbetweener for animations which is also selling your soul to someone else but ha ha, that's how you start! IT WILL ALL WORK OUT! And then someday we will have people below us selling their souls and so on and so forth. I hope. lol

AH KUROT! I used to be so obsessed with her art omg. She's still super amazing, but when I was like 13 she was pretty much my hero ha ha. OOoooooh and Hyung Tae Kim is sooooo good! Absolutely amazing compositions with bodies, it's insane. I also wildly envy his ability to color skin ahhh ; A ; I really love the Korean spin on the manga style, there's a few other artists that come to mind but I can't remember their names ha ha

But you must recognize a failure to succeed! So it's all good!

sounds like a cool idea to me! it could get traffic flowing nicely, too. i myself could probably pump out some oekaki chibis for it. har, i did a practice page of Bailie, but I'm kinda phailing PHAILING I SAY. ohh, btw, would his eyes be more like Naruto's or Sasuke's in that pic? Like, sorry to put it in a way you find most gross, seme or uke eyes? AHAHAH seriously, sad. I'm thinking he's on the manly!uke side, so more up-and-down eyes than slanty-at-the-end eyes, ifyaknowwhatimean x3?
