I'd give them both a 2 or a 3. Iffy anatomy even for chibi people, no shading or clothing folds (gradient effects don't count), and not so great linework. Practice practice practice, perhaps you'd want to pick up an anatomy book or How to draw Manga book. It's also easier to start out on paper rather than fight with a mouse. X3

yes i know its not as easy as you think but i need alto of pratice

and thats what you should do
dont do chibi, its bad for you, learn anatomy and stuff like that first
www.polykarbon.com is good for you, take the tutorials there
and post again after youve tried it a few times
