Ok OP, first off, it would seem you used a reference for the body and perhaps the lighting somewhat. While it looks anatomically correct there are some things wrong.
The neck needs more shading as previously stated, simply because the neck is not one solid piece going straight down. It does curve inwards. The base of the neck is also not centered among the collar bones...

The leaves look like they were tacked on, and they also do not match the realistic style of the rest of the picture.. Using real leaves will help. Also the tie that holds them on does not look tight enough and is not convincing enough to me to think that it would hold them up.

Overall the picture is good and you are working in the right direction. Do you use a mouse or have a tablet? The coloring seems very muddy and emotion_0A0 wai u no use layerz>!!??
Paint Tool Sai Is a great program for painting, and is also very cheap. It has brushes specifically for this kind of thing, and also the ability to use layers and change the layer effect like photoshop. Something even better about Sai is that you can open photoshop PSD files in the program and even save files as PSD files to work between the two programs. There are ways on the internet to hack it for free but I won't post those you'll have to look.

Here is a red and teal line to help you. I added in the neck shading to show you. The ear needs to be fixed and the hair was not far enough off the scalp. I also made it less muddy looking around the neck and arm areas to show you how much better it can look emotion_yatta use layers they are your friend... when you start the hair youll need to use another layer or risk messing the face up.

Her uhh.. bottom area has incorrect shading too... look above that leaf and you tell me how all that darkness got there lol...

The leaves arent even done, nor the hair. The only thing that has been colored is the skin. At first as you can see, I was trying to go for a more anime like look, but it wasn't working out. I did have darker shading under the neck, but then people said it looked disconnected so I was trying to lighten it. Also I think the neck perspective you are offering is a bit off since her head is turned, her neck would be too. So it wouldn't be a full frontal view. I will def work on the hair though. Thanks for all the great tips!

What I meant before was just the bottom part of that V I drew. The original is off center but the bottom of that V should be in the right spot. This pic also clears up the shading sorry.

It's not the same pose but the neck is similar.

Did you use a ref? It seems odd that the hair and ears would be so off when the anatomy is pretty realistic... I know you're not done but you seem to be working off the lineart...

Sorry for trying to help with the hair and leaves before you begin them... They were not drawn right for realism and that's what you wanted so in the honor of critiques I figured I'd tell you and provide constructive feedback.
Going well biggrin

I see now with the photo you provided. When you drew it with blue lines it looked the same as what I had for the most part. I'm working a bit off the line art, But I had intentions to change the hair for the most part. Its not that I don't appreciate the critique.

I didnt really use a reference for her.

Hey, this is really good! ;D
Just have to add though, about the head comment made by Ninja Katze, have you guys heard of microcephaly? Not to say that the girl in the drawing looks like she may have it, but we actually all have different brain shapes/sizes, and an average crown may be most aesthetically pleasing, but doesn't mean one that's slightly smaller is anatomically incorrect.
