I like it a lot up until her lower half

I think its unbalanced with just the little banana hammock, but also you seemed to decrease detail as you went down.
the rest is very stylized but also pretty detailed. I would have liked to see the detail on the shoes
etc etc.

its also strangely round versus the top which is pretty angular

your new edits look great! just two things, for the future: make sure to not slant the drawing (you can just rotate it a little to the right and practice drawing straight), and maybe include some slick shines like the one in the eyes and hair curl. good luck! smile

Any issues with the functional aspect can be attributed to your limited skill with the medium.
Stylistically, very unique...although I see a bit of paswg in it. Kinda rough and angular and sassy.
No shame in that.
You seem to be well versed in the areas that most struggle with--
that of anatomy,--
to which I applaud you. You understand and utilize your knowledge of how things connect.

Also it's just a pretty kick-a** drawing so

I honestly really like it, nice vivid coloring. nice line art.

The bottom half though...
It is lacking compared to the top
I think if you are going to shade the bottom you need to bring the shading up on the shirt too.

Start with adding a "multiply" layer over top the shirt (like you did to the legs) and add shading in a light grey-blue color. (good way to shade gradient layers) I think it might help a lot.
