the first one~ the sudden wideness in her hips doesnt work well with the top half of her figure in the 2nd pic

I prefer number 1 as well. The lower half of the body (beneath the flower-type skirt/bottom of the shirt) in number 1 flows well with the angle of the top half of the body. In picture 2, the lower half is bending in a different direction, like she's falling toward the opposite way.

So yep - number 1! smile
