Nice, I like how you did his hair and his head seems to be a bit er..too roundish? ^^;

Yeah, I have to agree about the shape of the head, I'd suggest slanting in the line from the bottom of the chin to the right ear more, I think it's that line that sets off the face. Personally I'm not a fan of this colouring style, makes everything look too poofy, like miniature clouds or something. I do like how the hair came out tho.

Technically this drawing looks chibi to me... I think the round head makes the picture in this case. =/
