Well, that depends on what you mean by "disney style". I study Disney films heavily, because want to bring that same illusion of life to my drawings. That doesn't affect style. More like, learning how to do what they do.

What about Disney are you trying to emulate? That's kind of important before I can say anything about your drawing.

I'm hoping to capture the facial features, mainly the round nose with the long bridge and the large eyes. Also, the high cheekbones and slightly squared or pointed chin.

I suggest you read Drawn To Life (2 volumes). It's lecture notes the classes at Disney. Also, check this out.

Unfortunately, no one can help you copy the "disney" look, because since Aladdin, each animated feature and show was designed with a look that fit the story. If you mean the more generic films of old, then I guess you just need to watch them, pause them, and do studies of the characters.

Thank you for the links, I'll make sure I look into them.
I don't want to have complete copies of Disney artwork but just accent qualities that I like about them within my own pieces to suggest some softer and child-like shapes as apposed to the aggressive appearance of men in manga. Also, I have been taken your last piece of advice into account as I began making loads of preliminary sketches before I began with this piece and I will continue to do that to help me feel more confident in these drawings.
On a side note, I actually thought you were talking about the video games when you mentioned Drawn To Life... sweatdrop
