blurry art?

I don't use the blur tool so why is my art blurry? And anything I can do to fix it? I don't have a tablet and I use Paint.net, I'm new to Krita, and if I'm offline I use an app on my phone called Fantasia Painter Free.

Yes, I know all of my art needs more practice, but when I use a softer brush the blur problem happens.

It's just the nature of the brush. You want hard edges you have to use a hard brush.
