Yeah, I think he'll know almost for sure when he sees them. Going by the distance between the a**s and the genitalia I would for sure say they are all girls (girls are closer together than boys) and the shape of the genitalia is different but of course at this age that is harder to judge.
Edmund is obviously a boy but he is also the biggest kitten (Junie is next biggest and close on his heels) and the creamsicles are the smallest so comparing distance in two different sizes is no good. On the other hand all the other kittens look the same in the under carriage area, to my eye so...
Which kinda sucks because I have had one for sure and one maybe for a male cat and if I only have one - losing out on an adoption totally sucks. Although the for sure wants a male because we agreed that it should get on better with her female adult cat than another female. Although since she would be adopting a kitten the sex difference might not be a huge factor...
