1 AM - some lady, breathing heavily and speaking a foreign language, calls here and continues to try to speak to me even after I said, "You have the wrong number. I don't know what language that is."

I worried that because she was breathing heavily she might need help, so I thought about telling her to call 911 if she needed assistance. Upon further consideration, she was probably drunk.
