why would your heater kicking on? that's odd that it would smell like earth.

It gets kinda chilly in San Francisco during the summer because of the bay and the flow of air around it or something. If you go outside the city or even to the other side in the downtown area, it gets much warmer.

I'm trying to figure out how to turn it off, though. I didn't think it was very cold. >.>

so i called the apartment place again and the woman said "yes, i got your message and i was going to call you back before i leave tonight. ok?" then i said "ok, thanks." and she hung up. is that weird? that's weird, right?

i saw another ad that had this sentence, copied verbatim: "MOST IMPORANTANTLY, you will be working on a computer, most of the day. You must absolutely have great computer skills. We will not teach you how to use a computer."
