I basically agree to accept item bids because it's nice for them to be able to bid them. But I demand to value the item myself for this reason: If the artists doesn't want the item I would feel obligated to buy it from them so they could have pure gold instead. So I value at what I could easily sell it for. This item I could not easily buy so I also put in the rules that I have the right to refuse item bids. I refuse this one.
